Many people have heard or read about different versions of Gorilla Glue’s powerful genetics. We also became interested in this strain and it turned out that most of them or even all we checked, despite their greatness, were not suitable for cold climates. Why is that? The reason is very simple. They were created and bred in countries with a warm and mild climate. As breeders specialising in genetics for cold zones of our globe, we decided to create our own version of Gorilla Glue. For this purpose, we selected the best Gorilla Glue plant we could, and crossed it with our very resistant and fast-flowering Critical Russian. Finally, after a long selection, a variety called Speed Gorilla Glue was created – a resistant and fast-flowering version of the popular Gorilla Glue, with an incredible strength of 26% THC, surprising aromas of citrus and diesel. This indica dominant strain has a quick flowering time, so indoor will normally take about 90 days, while outdoors we should expect harvests in September. Speed Gorilla Glue plants reach around 120-130 centimetres, but the training methods such as FIM or LST can significantly reduce this number while maximising yields. It can reach up to 500-600 grams per plant. Speed Gorilla Glue is a very easy and undemanding strain to grow and most of all, it’s a fast-flowering strain!
